Office Specification Review
Aardvark has been instructed to undertake a review of an office refurbishment specification on behalf of a tenant who is challenging the eco-credentials of the landlord’s proposed specification of works.
The London office building which was initially assessed under the Australian Green Star system is now being benchmarked against BREEAM by Aardvark who has been tasked with identifying cost neutral and sub-5 year payback specification changes to both the base build items and the building services to improve the environmental rating.
Aardvark is a licensed organisation for undertaking BREEAM for Offices Assessments, Code for Sustainable Homses and Energy Perforamnce certificates.
